The Bear Creek Equestrian Team is based at Bear
Creek Valley Farm in Auburn, PA. The team is
unique because the members are of all ages and
backgrounds and represent various types of
riding disciplines and skill levels. Our goal is to
provide an enjoyable performance while
demonstrating the diversity of the equestrian
sport. The team brings together Western,
English, Dressage, Side-Saddle, Gaited, and
Driving to present both a drill and a lively
performance set to music.
From colt starting to finish
work, from racing thoroughbreds
to gentling and training wild
mustangs and other feral breeds,
Suzanne Myers has over 20 years
of professional experience
training horses.  Her Next Level
HorsemanshipTM training
program places a strong
emphasis on holistic
horsemanship through knowledge
of normal equine behavior and
educating her students on the
importance of timing, feel, and
balance for advanced
horsemanship.

Dorothy loved horses all her life
but never had the opportunity to
work with them until her
daughter started taking lessons
at Peaceful Valley Equestrian
Center. Soon after her daughter's
lessons started, she was talked
into taking Western lesson. And
then came Tia, a Paso Fino.
Dorothy bought her in the fall of
2005, and since then it has been
a "ride" of discovery about the
Pasos as she learns more about
this unique and wonderful breed.
In her words, "I am STILL
learning all the time."
